Welcome to Bee-Fit


H, and Dean. We are two friends who have built careers by helping people to improve their fitness and lifestyle. We do this through coaching and empowering our members to make the best choices for themselves when it comes to their health and wellbeing. We believe that practical health and wellbeing advice and guidance should be accessible to all. Everybody has the right to move well & free from pain, to feel strong as they move through life, and to look great & be proud of their body and what it can do. 


Our ethos is based around functional fitness and creating a healthy balanced relationship with nutrition. Our training focuses on building an Everyday Athlete, someone who moves well, feels strong, and looks great. Our coaching and guidance around nutrition will help you to create and sustain a balanced approach to food, able to enjoy the foods you love whilst giving your body what it needs to perform at its best.

Coach 'Dean' has 6 years of industry experience, working with people and Sports Teams to help them smash their goals.

From the age of 3, I've been swimming and was lucky enough to compete at an international level, so fitness has always been a natural path to travel.

Although I loved competing, I found that my real passion and enjoyment came from coaching. Helping people find that infectious appetite for progress and fitness, is something that gives me a real 'buzz'.

Fitness can mean so many different things to so many different people. So whether you're at the start of your journey, or simply looking for a new challenge, our community is truly where you belong.



Coach 'H' has 10 years of industry experience, working with people to achieve their goals.

'H' is an all-rounder, but, specialises in:

  • Body Composition

  • Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapy

  • Behavioural Change & Mindset

My journey in fitness started with my own battles with weight loss and unhealthy habits. I used to drink, smoke, and had no real understanding of what I was putting in my body food-wise.

I like so many people wanted to make a change but it took me a long time of making mistakes, stopping and starting and trying to keep motivated, doing random exercises in the gym that didn't really have any benefit for me, and then undoing the work I had put in by overeating.

I made all these mistakes so that you don't have to, and so that is my why. Helping people make positive changes to their lifestyle and reaping the rewards, is what gets me out of bed in the morning.
